The APEX 6500 is easily the most tech-forward evaporative cooler I’ve used. On top of the tech, the fan performance is excellent, strong, consistent airflow that actually covers a large area and creates a noticeable cooling zone. Powerful, well-built, and genuinely easy to control. Highly recommend. Makes lounging by the pool mid-July & August actually enjoyable!
Keeps our bays feeling much fresher, water lasts almost the entire day. We fill it once in the am and once midday. We already owned the previous version of this bad boy and the added features of wifi, scheduling, & app controls make it a breeze to maintain. I only wish the water drain port made more sense with a decent grade to allow all the water to escape easily; the bottom of the tank is still flat.
We purchased this Portacool to cool our aviation hanger. Our existing permanently installed swamp coolers could not provide the cooling we needed. The Portacook provided direct cooling to our hanger. The Wi-fi control is awesome. It allows me to control it from inside our office and notifies me when the water reservoir is low. It definitely worth every penny with the comfort it provides and the features that are included.
The Portacool APEX 6500 is an absolute beast of a fan. The cooling power on this thing is unreal. In a big shop or garage where the heat normally just sits and cooks you, this fan moves a ton of air and actually makes the space comfortable to work in. You can feel the difference immediately once it’s running.
This cooler made a huge difference in our large warehouse. Temperatures dropped, and our team could work comfortably through the day. Productivity improved, and nobody had to stop work because of the heat.
